Laboratories
Muslim University is equipped with modern, well-resourced laboratories that support practical learning across various disciplines. These include laboratories for:
Biology, Biochemistry, Histology, Histopathology, Physiology, Parasitology, Mycology, Hematology, Genetics, Bacteriology, Immunology and Serology.

Library
The university’s library contains thousands of academic volumes in both physical and digital formats. A large portion of the collection consists of scientific and professional texts that go beyond the standard curriculum to support the broader academic needs of students. In addition, the library provides internet-connected computers, enabling students to access online resources for study and research. 

Nisar Hospital

Nisar Hospital established in 2006, is a modern healthcare facility that continues to serve the community. The hospital offers a wide range of medical services, including:
General Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Urology, Ultrasound Imaging, Intensive Care, Dentistry, Laboratory Services, Obstetrics and Gynecology, X-Ray Imaging, CT Scanning, and Pharmacy.

Computer Lab

The university features a state-of-the-art computer lab, fully equipped with modern technology. Students use this facility not only for coursework but also for research and academic exploration.

Shamla Radio

Muslim University operates an advanced radio station called Shamla on FM 92.9 for public awareness. It broadcasts clearly and smoothly throughout all districts of Ghazni province, as well as in neighboring provinces.
